Caroline Margaret Smith Caroline's will
1. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me CAROLINE MARGARET MOLLETT of 7 Belvoir Road East Dulwich int he County of London. Widow.
1. I HEREBY revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions at any time hereto for made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament.
2. I APPOINT my sons Wilfred John Mollett of Hurstleigh Adamerill Road Sydenham Frederick Lewis Mollett of 49 Marmora Road Honor Oad to be the Executors hereof of this my will and DIRECT ALL my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUEATH the residue of my estate real and personal WHATSOEVER and WHERESOEVER unto my Trustee UPON TRUST to use as hereinafter directed AND I FURTHER DIRECT that after the death or marriage of my daughter Jessie the residue of my estate both principal and income whatever nature or kind the same may be shall be divided equally between my children Wilfred John Frederick Lewis Harold John Margaret Jane May Elsie Fanny Jessie Kathleen Gertrude and Dorothy Mildred AND IF any of my said children shall then be deceased the portion of such division as they would have been entitled to had they survived shall be equally divided amongst the surviving children of such deceased.
3. AND I FURTHER DECLARE that it is my desire that the children of my son Gerald Osmond Hubert do not benefit in any manner from this my will and [am] expressly disinterested in the division of my estate as aforesaid as they are provided for by their father and mother.
4. I DESIRE Willie to be the Trustee of all my property and assets Until the loan from the Bank and Sir John Ellerman has been repaid [and] would like the house to be let furnished and the rent received to be applied in paying off these loans. Then I will have my son Willie do as he thinks wisest If sold he is to have £5 if sold for £500 or under £7.10/- if sold for £700 or under and £10 if sold £1000 or over The amount is then to be put into the general fund and he shall allow Jessie ___________ a week but until both loans are repaid Jessie must earn her own living to teach her the value of money and the home she never valued. - If Jessie wants it any time and it is possible to arrange for her to have them I should like her to have the use of two rooms in the house.
5. I would like Mrs Winch for all her goodness to me during my illness to have one of my wicker arm chairs and one for Mr Winch the 5 little girls are to choose a book each.

The money in the P.O.S Bank is to be divided between Jessie and Dorothy in the proportion of two thirds for Jessie and one third for Dorothy.
If Willie would care, he is to have the standard lamp and candle stand he gave me.
The Onoto pen Elsie gave me I am sure she would like to have after my death.
The Swan Pen (given me by Harry) is for Gerald.
The Stylos are for Dorothy.
On the death of my dear son Wilfred the gold watch shall pass to his son Lewis. I wish it to be an heirloom.
Lewis’s etchings (framed) are for Ethel, Lewis’s wife.
My convertible table is for Trissie.
The Tea Cloths made by Mrs. Jones and the Miss Sully’s are for Elsie; also the mats (made by her) Elsie.
Grandmother’s work box for Noelle after Jessie and Dorothy have made their choice of two articles each from its contents.
